Abstract

Abstract— The proposed paper presents a comparison analysis between Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) algorithm such that which algorithm gives better security for host audio file. The LSB algorithm uses only small part(LSB) of complete image while in DWT algorithm we use 2 level DWT for audio and 1 level for audio. So the paper describes the comparison of these methods for speech hiding and extraction on the basis of PSNR and MSE. Keywords— Audio watermarking, Speech encryption, DWT, LSB, steganography, stego image, speech decryption, DES,PSNR,MSE.
