Abstract

ABSTRACT
In this study, a microstrip fed patch antenna array for application in the ISM band was implemented using the HFSS software. A slot antenna array was designed with the purpose of gain enhancement as well as reduction of return loss. There is some fluctuations from the desired design frequency due to some designing error and some imperfection in the impedance matching at the feeding point which can be further be improved by using different feeding techniques like proximity coupling feeding method which offers the highest bandwidth and has low spurious radiation.
