Design a Bandgap Voltage Reference Circuit in 90nm COMS Technology

Abstract


In this paper, a low Temperature Coefficient Curvature Bandgap Voltage Reference (BGR) is presented using CMOS technology. The CADENCE Virtuoso with gpdk090 process technology used to carry out the experimental work. Here, two stage op-amp used as internally with 60.9940 of Phase Margin, 61 dB DC gain. Temperature variations from -400 to 1250 are considered. The complete mathematical analyses are discussed. This work compared with existing BGR designs and analysis also tabulated. The noise analysis gives complete information of circuit each component noise contribution.
