Abstract


ABSTRACT

When a user wants to buy products from ecommerce site, one will need guidelines about products and other things in the system. To provide this kind of things in online we integrate an artificial intelligence chatting system that is Shopistant. Accordingly, a new user signs up and other logs into the system. The assistant asks for personal details and interest he is in looking for. The query given by the customer is then fetch through real system with the help of scrapping. Extraction of data takes place. Traditionally the user use to search different sites for buying a product and use to compare it on different sites based on various factors. This approach took lot of time. This approach caused a lot a fatigue to the user for buying a product. To reduce this effort of user we have provided a system that will provide user with best product based on user choices. The analysis is done on the basis of history searched by the customer. Sliders will make available in the places where required and accordingly user interacts with user interface. We have integrated an artificial intelligence chatting system with ecommerce site which gives unlimited chatting services.
