Cluster Head Selection to Improve in Energy Consumption in WSN Using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract


Abstract— within the recent years, technological advances and therefore the telecommunications business, electrical and electronic small parts, resulting in structure of very little and comparatively economical sensors that relate to every different through wireless communication. one in all the vital problems in these networks is increasing the network time period. There square measure variety of protocols and algorithms for transferring knowledge packets from a node to the bottom station. one in all the simplest ways employed in WSNs to assemble and send knowledge is clump. this method provides the benefits of taken as whole system measurability, longer network time period, reduction in amount of duplicated knowledge to be resettled and energy utilization. once the method of cluster-head choice, the incoming knowledge from the cluster members is aggregate and enraptured to the bottom station directly. In our projected work, we have a tendency to scale back the energy consumption and therefore the range of dead nodes is additionally decrease which reinforces the network potency.
