Design of Novel Flexible Antenna Covering with Polyethylene Substrate

Anurag Saxena

Abstract

In this article, novel flexible antenna is simulated under CST Software 2019. The new thing introduce in this research is that after designing flexible antenna on textile substrate, polyethylene substrate is used to cover the front of the flexible antenna. Is this done because when we wear flexible antenna at raining season then it gets wet which change all the properties and Charactertics of flexible antenna. Also, the dielectric constant will change since the dielectric constant of wet and dry textile substrate is different. Therefore, to protect the flexible antenna for getting wet we cover the front of flexible antenna with polyethylene substrate. All the simulation results like return loss, axial ratio, radiation pattern in 2-D, 3-D etc are shown in this paper.
