Abstract

These days, we utilize new media innovation, especially the internet, to enhance the nature of communication in local democratic procedures. Different components of democratic communication which includes data access, inclination estimation, consultation and gathering assembly. It is demonstrated that new media will have a noteworthy and positive effect upon the procedures of democratic communication inside of the proper administrative and monetary connection. Democratic Process: Democracy is based on the idea that everyone should have equal rights and be allowed to participate in making important decisions. It is a form of government in which all eligible citizens are allowed equal participation, either directly or indirectly. Cabinet government is able to provide greater transparency of decision-making and give the council a more modern and efficient decision-making process. Deliberation: The process of carefully considering what to do is called deliberation, like your deliberation before making one of the most important decisions in your life. It considers the use of logic and reason as opposed to power-struggle, creativity, or dialog. Group decisions are generally made after deliberation through a vote of those involved. Mobilization: It includes both human and non-human resources together to undertake developmental activities in order to achieve sustainable development. Communication Technology: Communication is process in which we can exchange the information between two or more participate and technology provide the way of communication. It is a term that incorporates any specialized device or application, including: radio, TV, mobile phones, PC and network hardware and software, satellite frameworks and also the different services and applications.
