4-Channel Relay Driver Circuit and PCB Design

Abstract


Relay means “the act of passing something from one thing to another” the same thing can be
applied to devices because the signal received from one side of the device controls the
switching operation on the other side. So relay is a switch which controls (open and close)
circuits electromagnetically. Relays plays an important role in protection of power system
and are frequently used in our electronic applications especially when we need to drive high
loads using Arduino and digital microcontroller circuits. So in this project I have made a 4-
Channel Relay Driver Circuit which can be used in relay based applications. Also I have
designed an isolated Printed Circuit Board for 4 relays to operate 4 AC appliances
simultaneously at a time.
