Solar Tree with Tracking System Using IoT

Santosh Kumar Singh, Rachit Srivastava, Jay Bahadur Singh

Abstract

From almost past ten years, it has been observed that India could face a significant loss of natural resources in upcoming 60-70 years. In light of this, it is the time to save the current energy resources from being getting depleted completely. Day by day, solar energy has emerged as viable option for saving the potential of generating source of electricity. In this sense, solar tree is a new model that has been introduced to people of all over the world as it is easy to install and can be used everywhere, like in industries, households, schools, offices etc. Using natural resource of energy like solar energy can reduce the dependency on the petroleum and fuel. Solar trees are more space-efficient than photovoltaic panels, which become typically put on roofs. Hence, in this way the solar tree will be much more beneficial than ordinary solar panels because the efficiency of solar tree will be more and also it will generate more power than the ordinary one.
