Abstract

A variation automotive suspension system called a regenerative shock absorber uses endless power, like electricity, to transform parasite discontinuous mechanical power and vibration. In a simple shock absorber, excess potential is simply released as heat. In our research, we make use of an alternator, rack and pinion system, and suspension system. A spring being strained as the shock absorber effect develops. Because of rack is meshing with the axle and the pinion is installed on the shaft that is coupled to the spindle of the dynamo, the axis of rotation of the pinion is utilized to revolve the dynamo. This configuration converts the translational motion of the hammer into the rotational motion. Energy was produced due to dynamo rotation. And this energy is utilized to refuel the battery, as well as for various vehicle equipment like power windows, lighting, and air conditioners, among others. This power is applicable in the majority of military vehicles, race cars, and the best suspension systems.
