Design and Fabrication of Electric Rover

Jay Bahadur Singh, Tej Prakash Verma, Santosh Kumar Singh, Anurag Dwevedi

Abstract

The desire in using electric energy for individual conveyance has returned due to the growing demand for environmentally friendly mechanized transportation, which has also led to a decrease in the usage of vehicles. A cheap substitute for a car is a battery-powered rover. Consequently, rovers have only really been used for short journeys or for leisure. The concept of an electric-assisted rover that can really increase an average rider's mobility is discussed in this report. Regardless of the fact that now the electric rover is an idea that has existed extremely practical for centuries but has not been carefully examined, the rate of technological advancement is tremendous. The human electric rover is made to give a rover electromagnetic propulsion, sparing the user from having to generate the electricity needed to power the rover. The system's architecture relies on dynamically linking a dc motor to serve as the rover's primary energy source, electrically linking the motor to a dc rechargeable battery, and finally providing a steady supply to the motor.
