CMOS Technology Enhancing the Modulation Method of Amplitude and Frequency Variables

Mohit Jindal, Aashima Choudhary

Abstract

The method of incorporation of complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology for the data modulation for analog-to-analog has been discussed in this article. A review of all types of modulation and simulation waves has been described in this article. In distinction, analog circuits allow signals to continually fluctuate within the bounds of the power supply and circuit resistances. Even though CMOS technology is available for a wide range of voltages supply voltage despite retaining usually low consumption of electricity levels, it will be used extensively in the circuits in this article. TTL-based circuits necessitate standardized 5-volt voltage levels and cannot bear any significant departure through this voltage level.
