Abstract


Flash memory is a non-volatile memory that is electrically erased in blocks and are reprogrammed In bytes. In this paper , we have discussed about the flash memory , it is the memory that is very beneficial and it is constantly changing with the growing technology. Here, a review is given on its reprogramming , storage and life cycle.
