Abstract

ABSTRACT
In healthcare based industry, there are system like EHRs (electronic health records), but the problem, which occurs in this system, point its concerns towards security; as the world slowly grows, its focus towards security and privacy. Here, we propose blockchain to be the best option to enhance the security of the healthcare system, where we use the hyper ledger platform to help us to create a transparent, distributed and secure system and also by using smart contracts which will help the patient to claim the health plan of the insurance company. In our propose method we give the authorization to the government, hospitals and insurance company. The ideology we submit is to secure the original records to help in diagnosis of the patient. In the current scenarios around us, we come across the trouble of losing our health related written documents which blockchain take care as cloud. But what differs is that it provides us more security due to the reason that it cannot be tampered as the data cannot be modified, but rather the new blocks are generated and then attached. Thus, Blockchain proves the best securing system seen so far and after various analysis. The only motive of this paper is to uncover, prior to field test, a working framework where we discuss our technique which will highlight benefits of block-chain in healthcare.
