Abstract

In this paper a wide band Wilkinson power divider is designed and proposed by using innovative technique i.e. using patch on substrate without ground and size can be largely reduced by using lumped element i.e. resistance (100 Ω). The main focus on this power divider is very compact as much as possible in size and also power is equally divided. This Wilkinson power divider is working at resonant frequency 0-300MHz. It can be designed using CST MWS software as well as fabricated in laboratory using PCB technology. Comparison of simulated and fabricated result also discussed over here. The size of Wilkinson power divider is 31mm×12mm×0.9mm. The return loss and isolation between two port is better than 16 dB and insertion loss is less than 0.1dB.
