Abstract

Design of high step-up DC–DC converter for a distributed generation system is proposed in this paper. The distributed generation (DG) systems in light of the renewable vitality sources have quickly created lately. These DG frameworks are controlled by miniaturized scale sources, e.g., energy components, photovoltaic (PV) frameworks, and batteries. The idea comprises of two stages, in the first stage the low level voltage from the PV cell is changed over to high level voltage by utilizing DC–DC converter. In the second stage, the high level DC voltage is changed over into AC voltage by utilizing an inverter and is supplied to load. The proposed converter is demonstrated and simulated alongside PV cell and inverter through MATLAB/SIMULINK for AC load. The proposed converter has high voltage pick up and results are effectively checked. Keywords: coupled inductor, high step-up, photovoltaic
