Determination of Abandoned Vehicles and Their Legitimate Owners using an Android-based Application
Abstract
This research is carried out in order to fulfill the UN Goal 11: Sustainable cities and development, it considers the towing rules and how the abandoned vehicles cause problems. The action taken by high court about the abandoned vehicles and how I can develop an application to handle such abandoned vehicles.
