Abstract

Women's business innovation is important for economic growth. However, women face problems accessing help. This report discusses the impact of Information Technology (IT) to aid women in running businesses. In recent years, there has been an increasing awareness of women's important roles in entrepreneurship and innovation around the world. Furthermore, IT plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation among women entrepreneurs. Access to online learning resources, coding boot camps, and entrepreneurship courses equips women with the skills and knowledge needed to launch and grow their ventures. Emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and Internet of Things (IoT) present new opportunities for women to develop innovative solutions and disrupt traditional industries. IT can offer positive outcomes, like better access to resources, creating networks, achieving skills, and finding market opportunities. This study investigates the possibility for using information technology (IT) to solve these gaps and encourage women's entrepreneurship and creativity. We also touch on potential issues women might face taking advantage of IT and suggest ways to overcome these. IT supports women entrepreneurs. By exploring this, the report intends to give a clear insight into the benefits and drawbacks of IT as a tool for women in business.
