The world's biggest radio telescope started scanning for signs from stars and universes and, maybe, extraterrestrial life today in a venture showing China's rising aspirations in space and its quest for global logical esteem.
Beijing has emptied billions into such goal-oriented logical tasks and its military-sponsored space program, which saw the dispatch of China's second space station prior this month
