Finger gesture-controlled wheelchair

Abstract


As we can see the ratio of accident cases in India is increasing day by day. Due to that, ratio of handicapped persons is also increasing. This paper introduces a wheelchair, which operates on some easy hand gesture. As it works on finger gestures this wheelchair does not requires help of any other person for pushing it, hence handicapped or physically disabled person feel independent. It uses flex sensors to record finger gestures.
