Abstract

Increasing demands on vehicles uses, is giving new growth in mechanisms which connects with electrical vehicles(EV). Different industry applications demand DC brushless motor i.e. BLDC hub motor. The rotor position is sensed by the controller, accordingly controller fixes the direction of current flowing to the stator. The design of the controller is also implemented. The design consists of MOSFETS as switching devices, microcontroller, some logic gates, sensors and BLDC Hub motor.
