A Relative Study of Employees Occupational Stress in Public and Private Sector

Abstract


The present study aims to find out the level of occupational stress of employees working in a public and private sector organization. A samples of 100 employees selected stratified randomly were studied using Srivatsava and Singh (1981) scale. The results revealed that employees differed in occupational stress on the basis of type of organizations.
