Abstract

ABSTRACT
The design, programming and deployment of Modular robotics is a new approach in the field of robotics. Modular robots area autonomous and self-reconfigurable. It can change its shape by changing its topology. In this research, we propose an approach which combines evolutionary robotics with 3D printing as an approach for rapid and cheaper method for the fabrication of autonomous mobile robots. Capitalizing at the computerized layout and optimization phases of evolutionary robotics and harnessing the prompt and relatively low value of 3D printing, our assessments display that the time required and fee concerned to layout, fabricate and successfully set up evolved and 3-D printed continuum robots in addition to hybrid articulated-wheeled mobile robots can certainly be observably be reduced. Arduino is used as power unit. Use of Arduino allows ease of programming and hardware development.
