Performance Analysis of OQAM Based GFDM 5G System

Abstract


ABSTRACT
In the area of 5th generation cellular system many technologies have been introduced, in which Generalized Frequency Division Multiplexing (GFDM) is one of the promising technique which has far more better performance than OFDM based 4G cellular systems such as Inter Carrier Interference (ICI) and Inter Symbol Interference (ISI). In this paper performance of GFDM is applied with offset QAM technique the performance criteria are SEP which are analysed under different fading conditions such as Highway Line of Sight (HLOS), Urban Approaching Line Of Sight (UALOS), and Rural Line of Sight (RLOS).
