Transformers Analysis: Methods

Ankit Rana, Sandeep Choudhary

Abstract

A Transformer is a powerful machines discovered & employed to transfer’s electrical energy from one electrical circuit to another circuit, or multiple circuits. Testing transformers is common process light man visit and do monthly But this procedure is very complex method as there are different techniques employed in this field . This techniiques requires so much expertise & are very complex. In this article these techniques are discussed and all the preventive measures to be kept in mind while analysis of Electrical Machines. Different method of analysis employed for different fault test. Testing of machines is done regular intervals of time with all safety measures. A transformer somehow causes accidents when they stop working properly. All of these tests are critical for maintaining the integrity of the transformer and without them, the operation can be severely hindered.
