The ICT Literacy Based on Hybrid framework by using Data Mining; A Review

Abstract


The task of the ICT literacy system although various attempts have been made in the recent past to establish a framework for assessing ICT literacy, the suggested framework described here is focused on a clear belief that mastery of technology alone does not establish ICT literacy. It is only through combining technology skills and cognitive skills, such as conventional literacy, numeracy and problem-solving, that ICT literacy can be properly described. The Panel envisages its structure as the basis for the design and execution of large-scale national and international evaluations, as well as screening tests of human life skills relevant to information and communication technologies. Summary of Recommendations In addition to taking initial steps in identifying ICT literacy and developing a framework, the group settled on a detailed set of policy recommendations.
